Submit Your Application
Complete the short application form — about 10 minutes. Tell us about your organization, your team, and where you're stuck.

Brief Fit Conversation
If your application looks like a strong fit, Brad will schedule a short leadership interview to confirm right fit and answer your questions.
03
Grant Decision & Kickoff
You'll receive a decision within two weeks. If awarded, we'll set your StratOp date and begin preparation together.
