Nonprofit StratOp Program – Grant Overview
Purpose
The purpose of the Nonprofit StratOp Program is to bring high-level strategic clarity, alignment, and momentum to mission-driven organizations that wouldn’t otherwise have access to a premier strategic planning system like StratOp. It serves to live out our philanthropic call to help make the world a better place through skilled and caring leadership. Â
Overview
We offer the Nonprofit StratOp Program annually to up to three nonprofits whose work would be strengthened by the clarity, alignment, and strategic and operational focus that StratOp provides.
The program will provide a credit through either a price reduction or grant for up to $42,000 for each organization chosen. Please note, the credit will reduce the cost of the 12-month StratOp Engagement, however, the recipient organizations are still expected to contribute to the financial cost of the program–a typical Nonprofit StratOp will range in price from $35,000 – $54,000 prior to program grant reduction–however, the program does not cover the entire cost. We do this to allow us to serve more communities each year. (Many of the Nonprofit StratOp Program awards have covered up to 78% of the cost.)

“Brad did an amazing job! I found his storytelling and real life examples to very engaging and memorable. The benefit to Expunge Colorado is now we have tools to help us sustainably grow. He helped us identify areas where we need to focus and areas where we need to be more intentional and think through which helps with our limited bandwidth and resources.
This strategic facilitation was instrumental to our growth and our plans for the future. Our 2-day session were extremely valuable to where we are and how we grow as an emerging nonprofit.”

Questions?

What is StratOp?
StratOp is a premier strategic planning system that has helped bring clarity, alignment, and breakthrough to hundreds of organizations for over 50 years.
Each StratOp is facilitated by a licensed StratOp Guide and begins with a multi-day strategic planning session where you and your leadership team are guided through the same strategic planning suite of tools that have empowered so many other organizations.  Throughout the course of your StratOp engagement, your team will craft a strategic plan unique to your organization and be equipped with additional tools to turn the strategic plan from a good idea on paper to real world impact in the communities and causes you serve. Â
Included in StratOp are the operational tools that so many other strategic plans lack and help ensure that your strategic plan becomes more than just a Plan-On-A-Page left on a shelf.
Ready to gain the clarity, alignment, and breakthrough that so many other organizations have experienced? It all starts with a simple conversation.
“I can’t thank you enough for your commitment and generosity towards my church. Everything you did and walked us through last week was a huge blessing. So many good things came out of our StratOp and I think the team has much more unity and alignment than before. It’s got me excited for the future.”Â
